Indulge in the rich flavors of Turkish cuisine with our signature Doner – tender meat cooked on a vertical rotisserie, wrapped in a tortilla, and garnished with onions, parsley, and a blend of Turkish spices.

Not in the mood for a full meal? Enjoy delicious appetizers, with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options available. Craving something sweet? Treat yourself to delightful Semolina cookies.

Just want to relax? Stop by for a cup of authentic Turkish coffee and enjoy a chat with the friendly owners.

Dine in or carryout available. Credit or debit payments are preferred, but exact cash is also accepted.

MENU:

• Doner: Meat wrapped in a tortilla, onions, sumac, parsley, and tomato sauce. It can be served as a plate or a wrap.
• Kisir Salad (Tabouli, Vegan/Vegetarian): A bulgur salad with fine bulgur wheat mixed with tomato paste, pomegranate molasses, parsley, a hint of spicy pepper paste, olive oil, and green onions.
• Potato Pie (Vegetarian): Milk bread around seasoned mashed potatoes, baked until golden brown.
• Red Lentil Ball (Vegan/Vegetarian): Red lentil ball with onion, bulgar wheat, olive oil, parsley, tomato, and pepper paste. Served with six balls and sauce.
• Meat Pie: Thin layers of dough wrapped around a filling of seasoned ground meat, onions, olive oil, and tomato paste then baked to golden brown.
• Pide (Vegetarian): Milk bread around cheese, tomatoes, and peppers, sesame seeds baked until golden brown.
• Spicy Pepper Roll (Vegetarian): Turkish pepper milk bread, a soft and fluffy dough infused with spicy red pepper flakes, olive oil, and aromatic herbs, is baked to golden perfection.
• Sekerpare (Semolina Cookies — Vegetarian): Soft and syrupy Turkish semolina cookies, flavored with lemon with crushed pistachio. Two pieces served. 

BEVERAGES:

• Turkish Coffee: Strong, unfiltered coffee brewed with finely ground beans with water (sugar avaialble). It's known for its foam and sediment.

Location

The Kitchen is located on the mezzanine level above the main Lenexa Public Market floor. Park in the free on-site parking garage accessible from eastbound 87th Street Parkway at either Penrose Street or Winchester Street. From the ground level, enter the Lenexa City Hall building across from the garage, near the statue of Na-Nex-Se. Once inside the lobby, head to the right.
