Quentin Van Horn, owner of Shawnee-based food truck Point & Flat BBQ, has built a loyal following with his Texas-style barbecue.

“My signature menu item would have to be my Texas-style brisket,” he said. “With its seasoning of salt pepper and granulated garlic, it makes for the perfect bark and juiciness. It’s the absolute perfect add-on to any order.”
